Elaine Musgrave Botanical Artist
Prominent and established botanical artist Elaine Musgrave creates finely detailed botanical studies in watercolour and graphite on paper. She has worked in the field for over 20 years, is a regular exhibitor at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney annual exhibition and her fine work is held in collections both in Australia and overseas, including the Hunt Institute of Botanical Documentation. Elaine has also exhibited in London and New York and holds a Gold Medal award from the Royal Horticultural Society, London.
Elaine’s studio is set amidst a glorious garden in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW, Australia.
Elaine holds Botanical Art Classes at the Bowral District Art Society workshop on a fortnightly basis where she concentrates on drawing and painting botanical subjects from life using graphite and watercolour techniques.
